Dan is a seasoned American Cream stallion that came to the Lupkes' farm in April of 2004. He was foaled in 1988 in Michigan and traveled to Pennsylvania before making his home in Iowa. He is used not only as their herd sire, but is used in hitches beside their mares as well as a training partner for the younger horses. He replaced Belle at the National Cattle Congress in Waterloo in the Hall of Breeds.
