Landioso was 100 day tested in Marbach, Germany. He was used as a breeding and competition stallion at Gestüt Birkhof in Baden-Württemberg. He reached Grand Prix level in dressage and was very successful in competition. He was also extremely popular in the South of Germany as a breeding stallion. In 2003 Landioso was exported to New Zealand to resume a competition and breeding career. He has already won numerous Grand Prix Classes in NZ and was short-listed for the Athens Olympics. Landioso was still competing at the highest dressage level in an age of 22 years and received the award Dressage Horse of the year 2009.
Landioso\\\'s progeny are competing with distinction throughout the jumping and dressage grades in Germany, up to the FEI levels.
