Much has already been written about Ramiro, who was extremely successful in show jumping and later also in breeding; With good reason: over 50 of his licensed sons are registered (or have been) registered as breeding stallions in Germany, the stallion and sport horse mothers by him are innumerable - his breeding influence is currently perhaps the most important nationwide. In the FN's \\ Jahrbuch Zucht \\ (1990) one finds a total of eight Ramiro sons among the top 10 dressage or jumping sires in their breeding groups, Ribot is one of them. Ribot's full brother, the performance test winner Rothschild J is set up in Bavaria. Her mother St.Pr.St.Dorina was a show mare used to win at numerous district animal shows. The grandfather Damhirsch was considered the most important type sire of his time in Westphalia (multiple champion mares, DLG mares); his son Damenstolz is currently one of the most sought-after stallions in the Warendorf State Stud.
