A 1970 daughter of Appaloosa icon Hayes' Roman Cloud and out of Dina Doolin (AQHA), Roman's It Girl was bred and owned by late Appaloosa Horse Club Hall of Famer J. E. Baker of Oklahoma. The chestnut mare won four of her six starts including the World Wide Futurity and Texas Futurity in 1972 and a second place finish in the 1972 Texas Allowance. She broke two track records and was the two-year-old sprint filly champion in addition to being named the champion two-year-old in 1972. Her lifetime earnings total more than $23,724.
A bronze production plaque producer of 12 foals, Roman's It Girl produced 11 starters, six sinners, three stakes winners, five register of merit recipients, three medallion winners, two champions and one regional high-point champion. Her offspring earned more than $110,270 on the track.
