Desert Bred, by Sebaa Arabs of the tribe of Anazeh. Some records list him as having been born in 1909, but it is unknown which date is correct. Desert Bred, by Sebaa Arabs of the tribe of Anazeh. Sold by his breeders to the Danadushah of the Amarat, who gave him to General Hadad Pasha for H.M. King Feisal of Iraq. He was imported to Crabbet Stud, England, date unknown. Imported from England to United States of America in 1930 by Roger A. Selby, Portsmouth, Ohio. 1926 English Champion. 1934 U.S. National Champion. According to the book Crabbet Arabian Stud, by Archer, et.al.: A Seglawi Jedran Dalia bred by the Anazeh tribe; purchased by the King of Iraq and presented to the French Ambassador who sold him at Tattersals in 1923.
