A long low horse, calf-kneed, light fleshed with little girth and straight hocks. As a two year old he started three times winning once and placing twice, as a three year old he made only one start and won the St Leger, as a four year old he ran once winning a sweepstakes at Doncaster, as a five year old he started three times winning two good races, as a six year old he he won one of his starts, the Oatlands Stakes and finished second for the other, the Ascot Gold Cup. He was said to be a real good horse.
Sent to Virginia in 1835 by Merritt & Company; he died in July 1841. Sire Line King Fergus. Family 29.
