Toby II bred by Floyd Hickman Washington, grew up wild and free on Snake River breaks. Toby family has purity of blood in their veins. They’re what some call Absolutely Appaloosas.
1941, purchased by George Hatley of Moscow, Idaho, a 17-year-old high school student. Toby was well-reined, had a fast walk very intelligent and exceptional cow-sense.
