Panzarita was a legendary mare in this part of the country in the 1930s. She was a mare of near flawless conformation who could work cattle all week and then run the quarter in 22 seconds flat on the weekend. Jim Minnick, the well-known early AQHA inspector, called her the greatest Quarter mare that he had ever seen.
