The $2.2 million sales topper at the Goffs Orby sale as a yearling, Irish-bred CENTURY CITY quickly lived up to his early promise. He broke his maiden at two, then spent his sophomore year compiling group wins. The biggest testament to his class, however, was a race in which he finished a close second to champion Rock of Gibraltar - the Irish Two Thousand Guineas-G1. CENTURY CITY raced exclusively in the United States at four with his wins including the Arcadia H.-G2 and his placings including a fast-closing third in the Breeders Cup Mile-G1.
