Breeder: USDA, Middlebury, VT bay, stripe, lf & bh ankles white, 15.1, 1025 lbs. put down 1930, Lovelock, NV. US Remount Service, 1916-1930. He was assigned to Franklin, North Carolina, Oregon, Montana, and Nevada. His daughter Dolly won honors in one of the 5-day U.S. Cavalry endurance tests in the 1920's. His unregistered son Whip was undefeated in quarter mile races for three years (late 1930's to early 1940's) in Northern Nevada. His double granddaughter was a renowned mustanging horse in the same area and time-frame.
