Bred by W R Brown - Berlin, New Hampshire ~1936 pruchased by General J. M. Dickinson - Franklin, Tennessee 1937 sold to J.S. Serio - Ferriday, Louisiana ~1939 sold to a ranch in West Texas where he was branded and turned loose with a band of stock horses to fend for himself. A run in with barbed wire left him scarred 1945 purchased by Henry B. Babson - Oak Brook, Illinois ~1946 to 1951 leased and then purchased by Blanche and Henry Tormohlen - Portland, Indiana They regarded AZKAR as more beautiful and distinctive of any of the Ali Pasha types ~1952 leased to Michigan State University - Lansing, Michigan for 7 years ~1958 died there of Melonic Tumors Sire of 65 registered purebred Arabian foals (1947-1959)
