Winant - Concord, New Hampshire HAMRAH sired 53 purebred registered Arabian foals from 1909 to 1924 (19 colts and 34 fillies) He was known for his immense power, fine action under saddle at the gallop, fast running speed, and his very good disposition 1924 John Winant retired HAMRAH with fellow WWI pilot and noted stockman, Phillip G. Smith, Northern California where he was bred to the local mares
