---The dominating (UNDEFEATED) winner of the Florida Derby, the Kentucky Derby and the Preakness Stakes!---
Foaled April 10th, 2005.

At 3: Won Kentucky Derby (G1), Preakness S. (G1), Florida Derby (G1) The only race that Big Brown did not win was the Belmont Stakes, making a shocking last-place finish. No one really knows why this is. He did have a loose horseshoe on his left-hind hoof, but this was not the cause of the loss. Jockey Kent Desormeaux replied after the race, ``I had no horse.`` Why Big Brown didn`t win the Belmont is still shrouded in mystery.
$190k KEEAPR`07
Marked with solitary white spot on his belly, behind his left elbow.

Retired after being injured (an injury to his left fore-hoof) in a work out preping for the Breeder`s Cup Classic.
Interestingly, if Big Brown would have won the Belmont Stakes, this would have made him the second undefeated Triple Crown Winner in history, since Seattle Slew, and the first to retire undefeated. Notheless is Big Brown spetacular in every right.... even his loss in the Belmont--he wasn`t second, or third, but last. This proves that he was not less-formidable than the others in the Belmont, it was a thing with him-maybe he just wasn`t feeling right. And to this day, he keeps everyone wondering why, and what it was.
