Bred by Janów Podlaski, PL. Exp. to Sweden and Riyadholm Arabians in 1985. Cereus, pure polish, represents a pedigree which is becoming extremely rare of today's polish arabian breeding. His line of Kuhailan Haifi traces through National Champion great racing horses and chief polish sires. Cereus dam Ceregiela was an important daughter of the chief sire Celebes in Poland. Celebes left 16 stallions and 44 mares in Poland. Celebes died at the age of 31. Ceregiela's dam Cerkwica is a full sister to Czester who was Unired States and Canadian top 10 stallions, in his day. Ellorus, Cereus's father was second reserve champion stallion of Poland. Seven Ellorus daughters where entered into the polish breeding program.
