Chipperfields Pasha toured SA with Chipperfields Spot as part of a Chipperfield Circus act. When there was an AHS outbreak, the horses were not allowed to return to the UK. Pasha was purchased from the circus by Mr Meano who kept him at his farm in Swartkops (western Jnb) where he bred him to a small variety of mares. Very few of the offspring were ever used in Appaloosa breeding in SA, therefore Spot remains the most commonly seen of the duo in Appaloosa pedigrees today.
