Morgenglanz was performance tested at Westercelle in 1968. He stood at Hunnesrück and Klosterhof Medingen while in Germany. Morgenglanz was imported to the US in 1978 and stood at Edith Kosterka´s Trakehner Gestüt Wayne until his death in 1987. He sired 4 graded stallions, including PREGELSTRAND, DONAUGLANZ, DONAUSTROM, and PERLENGLANZ.
