  The Cowan Connection: PC Sun Socks was a product of the legendary Pat Cowan program in Highmore, South Dakota. He was purchased as a young prospect in the Cowan family’s historic 1984 Loop and Cut Sale right before Pat Cowan's tragic death in a 1985 plane crash.
  Elite Sibling Status: He is a direct paternal brother to Kristie Peterson's legendary French Flash Hawk ("Bozo"), the four-time PRCA World Champion Barrel Horse. Both share Sun Frost as a sire and heavily carry the Cowan-Loiseau program genetics. The Geno Hunt Legacy: Purchased and campaigned by legendary cattleman Geno Hunt, PC Sun Socks spent his life working the rough Cheyenne River breaks of South Dakota.
