The following was posted 07.28.08 by Pat @ PMpedigree@gmail.com. As a 2 Yr old, sold to Spade Ranch, Colorado City, TX. and was used as a sire for 9 years there. O.J. Moore of the Spade ranch said \\\\the best cutting horse I ever saw\\\\. At age 11, he was bought by Rube Roberts, Saginaw, TX., who bulldogged with him for four years at Madison Square Garden. He was then sold to Bud Shadle in 1945 and remained in Texas until Oct. 1946, then moved to Corona, CA. There is a discrepency on his foal year, the Western Livestock Journal, Jan 1947 article states he was foaled July 1928, was a 2 Yr old in 1930 and 11 years in 1939.
