Sire in Marghiloman's stud/Gestüt - Villa Albatros - in Buzau/Buzău, named after his first stallion, which he bought around 1884. Marghiloman's horses won Derby 16 x! Marghiloman had to evacuate him and the stallion DRÜSTOR (*1913 v. SOLON/St.Danian - DINA/Slage) during World War I because Russian soldiers were marching through Buzau. He took them to Bukarest, where he lived; He lost 4 of his best horses. During the war the stud was under German administration/Leutnant der Landwehr Kebbel.
