Trakehnen Main Stallion Book N 007; 97000735 Trakehnen Main Stallion Book 1739-1747 Purchased on August 10, 1739, at the age of 20 (NOTE: sold in 1739 at age 20 and born in 1935 is not possible!), by President von Lesgewang;...; sold in 1748 for 20 Thalers to Councilor Stenzler; in whose breeding program he continued to work for some time. He was a true jewel for Trakehnen, standing at stud here for nine years and siring an excellent main stallion in almost every son. In 1791, there were still about a dozen of his breed in the Trakehner herd, distinguished by their beautiful conformation and their flea-bitten gray coats. In the royal stables, his offspring distinguished themselves as enduring and fast carriage horses (Landlord von Burgsdorff).
