Dark bay, black legs, heavy black mane & tail, 1000 lbs. AMHR vI, p149-50 describes her as, low and compact, heavy limbs with large joints, long neck, good head, a sharp trotter, but not a very spirited driver, said to be part French, but breeding unknown. A very rugged, hardy, enduring animal.
Owned by Mr. Boutwell, Montpelier, VT, who drove her as part of a 6-horse team between Montpelier & Boston. Sold to Moses Belknap, Randolph, VT., who bred her to Justin Morgan/Figure.
