\\D.J.\\ Was given to Sara Lynn Akins a thirteen year old girl from Yuma,AZ from Carolyn Knowlton.Carolyn recieved the mare in 2004 and gave her to Sara after she rehabilitated the 26 year old mare enough to take her to the 4-H Arizona state horse show.Two years later in 2008 Sara took 4th at the same show in western pleasure.Her and this 27 year old mare are currently 4th in the state of Arizona.this year Sara has decided to retire \\\\D.J.\\\\ from showing but still enjoy\\\\\\\'s ridding her.This mare has brought so much joy into my sister\\\\\\\'s life we thank the one\\\\\\\'s who dropped her off at crolyn\\\\\\\'s that winter\\\\\\\'s day.she is truly a treasure and a blessing that will remain in our hearts forever. She passed away in June of 2009. Thank-you D.J. For everything you did for us.
