In his first crop, he sired Kaisy Dream, an outstanding performer to sulky and under saddle. In 2003, Kaisy Dream stood in Ontario and bred 44 mares, Extreme Dream also sired the classic winner Kiss Melody. Although he was a noted sire in France, Extreme Dream traces to the champion American sire Stars Pride through both his sire and the sire of his dam. His paternal grandsire was Florestan, the Franco-American supersire produced when Stars Pride bred the brilliant French mare Roquepine. Extreme Dreams dam was sired by Kimberland, a son of Nevele Pride.
