AHR 1172
Foaled June 4, 1935. deceased September 12, 1963 The second purebred Arabian foal ever bred by Mr. Babson (after Fay-El-Dine, who was born the previous month), and arguably one of the finest individuals and best sires ever produced from his bloodlines. I have never seen a photograph which began to capture how good he (OR Fay-El-Dine) was; however, to see what he REALLY looked like, view the movie footage which Charles Craver shot of him and Fay-El-Dine at the Babson Farm in the mid-1950s. Sire of 27 registered pure Arabian foals, 13 fillies and 14 colts, one which was gelded. Breeder: Henry B. Babson, Babson Arabian Stud, Oak Brook, Illinois.
