Imported from Egypt to England, Maxwell 1972. Sire also known as IBN Fakhri. 40.61271484375% Crabbet From a scanned photo on Pinterest with no provenance (uploaded): "Fakhr el Kheil was the ultimate multi-purpose Arabian and won prizes for every discipline he entered from racing to dressage, as well as a win at halter in the Salon du Cheval in 1983. While he made less of an impression than Shakhs as a sire at the time, his daughter Muneera produced the six times champion sire Maleik el Kheil, who inherited his beautiful eyes, short back and kind temperament whose influence dominated Lodge Farm for 20 years. Kheil's direct male line triumphed most in the endurance and marathon sphere through Nazzerin, Egyptian Pharoah and, in Australia, Mahrouss. Kheil tragically collapsed and died on Chepstow racecourse in 1986."
