Züchter: Hofgestüt Herrenhausen
28 (+16) Besch.,
Flavius was bred and reared at Herrenhausen and stood at stud from 1918-1935 at Drochtersen stallion station in Germany. He had a common head and was primarily the sire of farm horses. Of the 10 state stallions he sired, Fluegelmann I (1933-49) was the most prepotent. Thanks to his very energetic paces, which were mostly inherited by his offspring, his lines survives today.
