He bought him as a worthy replacement for KISBER, who was already 20 years old...Its purchase cost almost a quarter of a million francs. He was leased to Count Moritz Zamoyski ( Stud/Gestüt Starawies, near Warschau/ Warszawa/ at this time Russisch-Polen, (now Poland) in November 1902 to June 1903. This time was a great loss in thoroughbred breeding for Germany. It was stipulated in the contract that he was only allowed to cover 36 mares during the mating season. He was a wonderful stallion in all points that are necessary for breeding. Discarded in 1914 at the age of 26, died at the age of 29.
