Teasey as she became known(after a character in a TV show,Glenroe) was a beauty and had large white mark on her face that made her stand out.By the time she was four it could hardly be noticed as she changed color.
Teasey was shown at a few local shows in 1987 and by the time Clifden came she was well known.She was crowned Champion foal and started a great run for Silver Fort.
For the next three years she was always in the top 3 at Clifden and in 1991 she won the Archbishops cup joining her two brothers. In 1993 she won again in Clifden and to top it off her first foal (Kingstown Fairy) became Champion foal.
For the next few years Kingstown Silver produced one better foal after another-Kingstown Calin, Kingstown Starlet( RDS and Clifden winner), Kingstown Dana(3 time Clifden winner and Supreme Clifden Champion),Kingstown Fionn(Champion stallion Clifden ),Kingstown Bay Lady,Kingstown Fort(all Ireland ridden Champion),Kingstown Cavalier(Champion Jumper),Kingstown Laddie(USA),Kingstown Rory(Champion stallion in France)
