Langvennen Nelson is bred-owned by the Netherlands. In 2007 he wins a large class of colt foals in Heteren. In 2009 International Show, he won his class of 2y stallions under Doreen Jones (Synod). At the Altena Welsh Pony Show 2009,he won his class again under John Russell (Gartconnel). In 2010 Nelson has been shown several times. He won youngstock champion section A and Reserve overall at the Dragon Youngstock Show Oct 9th 2010 under Dewi Evans (Hilin Stud). In 2014 Nelson became a bronze medal winner (Champion at Suffolk County Show, Reserve Champion at Edenbridge and Oxted, and Reserve Champion in South Eastern WPC), he won Junior Stallions at Glanusk (under Ann Bigley), was sixth at RWAS Junior Stallions. Photo by Henk van Dijk. In the 2015 season Nelson stayed at Brynrodyn Stud, and in the 2016 season Nelson served at the Rosmarche Stud. In 2017 he came back home, and in 2018 he left to serve the mares at Waitwith Stud. In 2017 Nelson won a big class of senior stallion at the International Welsh Show under judges Chris Cobley (Tryfel Stud) and ...(Burhult Stud), amongs the competitors there were four or five multi-champions, and one RWAS winner. In 2019 Nelson has been sold on to the Waitwith Stud. In 2025 has been re-imported by Berry Bakker of Cunera Stud (The Netherlands).
