Man O Dude or "Doc", as we call him, has a pedigree that speaks for itself. With Doc O'Lena and Jewel's Leo Bars on his sires side he is definitely bred to work a cow. On his dam's side he has Major Bonanza and Lucky's Streak to add versatility and good looks. Doc was trained as a cutting horse but due to a stifle injury was never shown. He still enjoys sorting and cutting out a cow on his own if he gets the chance to mix with our cow herd. Doc was new to our program in 2004 so our first foals by him arrived in 2005 and they are very nice. They seem to have very nice temperments, have been very easy to halter break (smart), and are very good looking. All of his offspring have lots of get up and go and lots of cow sense as well! Sadly we lost Doc this past summer but we have quite a few of his daughters to pass on his cowy traits.
