Steel is double registered ASPC/AMHR and is a 38'' grey pinto. He combines the genetics of my Michigan Midget Mike grey line from his dam with our black pinto line from his sire. His dam, Silver Penny, won her HOF showing as a classic but also was National Grand Champion Over Mare at AMHR Mini Nationals in 1993. Steel was shown and won his Hall of Fame. Buckeye WCF farms owned Steel and had some nice ASPC/AMHR ponies. Buckeye WCF Be Steel My Heart did a lot of winning in the Classic division. I have had only three crops of foals by him but a high percent were shown.
