Dark chestnut, no markings, 16h, 1250 lbs. Foaled 1858, Lexington, KY. A large, stylish, handsome horse with a trappy, speedy trot. Fine saddle/harness horse. Registered as both Saddlebred and Morgan, His registered Morgan foals are Octoroon Jr 1715 and Octoroon 3084. Unregistered Morgan foals: Mollie Sullivan dam of Billy R 4975, Shadow dam of ATR Santos dam of ATR Peter the Great, Butcher Boy, sire of granddam of Blondie Wilkes 5087 and his daughter Easter 03016 was out of a mare by Little Wonder also by Octoroon. Richard Sellman also owned at least 8 mares of octorron breeding. There are many more Morgan crosses than this pedigree shows.
