A great influence on the Sarnau Stud. After successfully shown as a yearling, including winning first at the Royal Welsh Show. Having stood at stud until he was 12, Sarnau Showman was then sold and exported to Germany. Here he enjoyed further showing success, including winning Champion at the International Welsh Pony Show. At the same show, his son, Sarnau Pharoah took the Youngstock Champion title His many, many successful progeny included stallions Sarnau Saunter and Sarnau Rhodri and Australian Champion mare Sarnau Saucy Sprite
