Bought by Duke of Marlborough (Great Britan) ~ March 1891 with mares COPYRIGHT [COPY-RIGHT,(* 1887 by LORD RUSSEL-NOVEL) later trotted in Germany], CALLUNA, ALRUNA, (*1887 by LORD RUSSEL-ALGA, dam of GOUDSTER,*1902 Netherlands, by ALLOUEZ (USA) sire in Netherlands), PUERITA (by SHAWMUT-PULCHERIA) and the 3y colt DUPEE,*1888 by LORD RUSSEL-ALICE WEST. Dams were covered by KING WILKES, only PUERITA not. SEAFERN's filly SEEJUNGFER was born 1892 in GB!! Duke of Marlborough died in 1892! All horses of him were presented in January 1893 at an auction in London. SEAFERN was sold for 220 gs and her daughter without name, by KING WILKES for 57 gs to Christian Schaurte (Düsseldorf), stud Schabernack, near Neuss/ Rhineland/Germany - later stud LAUVENBURG.
