Enligt icke-officiella uppgifter var Sleipner 11 far till Toftebrun D.82. Han importerades till Jämtland år 1864. I boken Vi och våra hästar (utgiven omkring 1946) anges att Sleipner 11 var identisk med hingsten känd som Den Gamle Toftehingst.

According to unofficial sources, Sleipner 11 was the sire of Toftebrun D.82. He was imported to Jämtland in 1864. The book We and Our Horses (published circa 1946) states that Sleipner 11 was identical with the stallion known as The Old Tofte Stallion.
