THEMBY II pal. M, THOROUGHBRED, 1839
| Color: pal Height: 16.2
(AH), half-bred!!, KINSKY
(AH) = Austro-Hungarian Monarchy (Austrian Empire); bred and owned by Octavian Graf Kinsky, stud/Gestüt Chlumetz (now Chlumec nad Cidlinou, Okres Hradec Králové, CZ); It is also said that her father is probably not WHISKER, but that she is the daughter of a presumably Spanish stallion from the neighborhood, caused in a pasture accident. Their coat color was previously completely unknown in TB breeding - yellow and an almost white mane. At that time the stud farm was run in a semi-wild state. Furthermore, until this incident there were no precisely kept stud books. The entry in the TB stud book was officially refused. In this way, the famous Kisnky horse breed was created with its own stud book.
