mysterious situation!: no breeder and coat color specified, year of birth 1808 or 1809 in the Stud book; ANTICIPATION had NO foal by TIMOTHY in this time (1806-1813) and was owned by Mr. G. Cock, but was 1809 missed by TIMOTHY - misprint?! This mare was probably born after all, everything else makes no sense, because obviously this mare existed! Probably this was not yet updated in the 1814 book = The General Stud Book, 1814, Supplement for 1808, p.13 (ANTICIPATION). This is also the reason for the missing information. BUT: TIMOTHY MARE had first entry in The General Stud Book, 1832, Vol.3, p.421 (TIMOTHY MARE), diverse owners/breeders; Offspring: 12 (1812-1828); died in the spring of 1830 in the property of Mr. Thomas Sykes; TIMOTHY MARE had two aunts: ORANGE GIRL (*1800, no entry as dam) and BETSEY (*1801), had no foals by TIMOTHY 1810-1813 - GSB, 1814 Supplement for 1808, p.21;
