The most prolific sire of world’s champions the American Saddlebred has ever known, Undulata’s Nutcracker passed away March 3, 2025 at the age of 24. Due to an injury, the stallion was never able to showcase his talents in the show ring, yet he passed on his extreme athleticism and stunning conformation to his offspring. Undulata's Nutcracker was the youngest stallion ever to top the World's Champion Sire Rating, and remained the Overall Number One Sire Of World’s Champions for 15 years. Additionally, for many years, he was also number one sire in all of the divisions: five-gaited, three-gaited/park, fine harness, pleasure (park, show, country) and in hand. Undulata’s Nutcracker had 1,194 registered offspring, including 502 KSF ribbon winners with 2,485 ribbons (1st-8th), 69 champion (CH) designations, and 196 futurity winners, according to the 2025 publication of the American Saddlebred Journal.
