Decision was purchased by Mr. Winkelman as a weanling from the Branaman Pony dispersal sale in IN. She is Wink, not Winks, as he did not breed her--he told me this was his way of delineating. He knew her breeding, it was highly respected Shetland blood of the time, but he could not say what it was.
